Dr Vekaria takes his time to explain each process of the treatment throughout all the appointments and truly cares for his patients. Dr Vekaria has been my dentist for more than a decade and during this time he has performed 3 implant surgeries back in 2007 to 2011 all of which are still in perfect shape with no issues whatsoever. On arrival reception staff where very helpful and answered my questions with a great understanding of the different types of procedures available. The complimentary  consultation with Dr B Vakaria was very thorough and informative. A selection of treatments were offered with no pressures only solutions After detailed discussion I decided on 8 implants. On the day I had 8 teeth removed and 8 implants inserted. Apart from some jaw ache from having my mouth wide open for a few hours I had minimal pain the next day ,I returned to work on the Monday after surgery on Friday. Very helpful and professional service from clinical and Admin staff. I had bilateral sinus graft surgery including bone placement done in the back of the upper jaw. A few years after the nerve on both sides of the lower jaw had to be repositioned with a bone graft on top of the jaw to increase inthe width of the bone with stitches and bandages. Every procedure was fully explained so you completely understood what was going to happen step by step. Have been suffering with bad teeth all of my life and having had so many root canal treatments the situation had worsened and I kept having to have teeth extraction. I knew that I must take control of this situation so I started my research to find a Doctor that can help. I have found Dr. Vekaria and the moment I saw him I had that gut feeling that he is the one to help me out. Over the first visit I had my panoramic X-ray done and Dr. Vekaria explained my situation and presented me with a dental care plan. I was aware that one tooth was infected but unfortunately the x-ray picked up on another tooth infection. At that stage I knew that I have to follow Dr. Vekaria's dental surgery implants plus orthodontic treatment to help create the space for the implant to fit in. Luckily I managed financially to afford this plan  due to the no interest installment payments over 3 years period and easy to manage monthly payments. I have undergone the operation and in just 2 hours I had 2 of the infected teeth extracted and a total of 7 implants placed in including the 2 where the extraction happened!! The next 2 weeks I could only eat liquid food because the gums had to heal, however the healing process went really well. Today is the day when I just had all my crowns placed in my mouth and my God I am so pleased that I can finilly smile and chew with my whole mouth. No more gaps!!!!!! I am very happy with my new teeth installed in my mouth by Dr Vekaria and his brilliant team. Reception staff were also welcoming and reassuring. Having implants is a complex business. It is not all done in one go. At every stage in the proceedings I felt I was in expert hands. Very pleased with the result.
